Payments

We accept the following payment options:

• Payment via credit card
• Advance payment via bank deposit
• Payment via PayPal

Shipping

At the moment we only deliver within Germany, in 100% recyclable packaging. New EU packaging rules require all shipments to meet stricter recyclability and labelling standards, and these standards currently differ from country to country across the EU. Until the requirements are fully harmonised, we've limited shipping to Germany to stay fully compliant — deliveries to other European countries and internationally will follow soon.

Shipping costs Germany (including statutory VAT)

For insured, green shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 6.19€ per order. From an order value of 150€ we deliver free of charge.

EU/International Shipping

In special cases we can also send out EU/international orders. Please email us beforehand and we'll try to make it happen. Delivery costs depend on the country and shipment service. Taxes and duties might be added.

Delivery Times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 3–5 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you've ordered items with different delivery times, we'll send the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
